​Job Description​

We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior HR Specialist to join our operations department as part of a dynamic company. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting various HR functions, such as recruitment, U.S. work authorization tracking, employee document maintenance, and assisting with the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for updating the projected headcount on a weekly basis. This position requires close collaboration with the Architecture, Design, Validation, and TFM teams to ensure their hiring needs are met and to support communication across departments. Responsibilities​

Assist in the recruitment process by supporting job postings, conducting basic candidate screening, coordinating interviews with team leaders, sending job offers, and updating the new hire summary Excel sheet for the U.S. Branch.

Provide support during the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling full orientation sessions for U.S. and IT orientation for Mexico teams, managing documentation for both U.S. and Mexico team members, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Track U.S. work authorizations for U.S.-based team members, make necessary adjustments, and answer basic questions related to benefits and work-related laptop issues.

Maintain and update employee records in our internal system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Keep the employee handbook and policy documents up to date; monitor HR law changes at the federal, state, and local levels.

Update the projected headcount on a weekly basis by collaborating with team leaders in the U.S. and Mexico and with the Controller to ensure alignment with business budgets and goals.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, stock options, benefits, and other procedures in coordination with the Controller.

Support the Operations Team with employee relations tasks and initiatives, helping to create a positive work environment.

Work closely with other team members to support projects related to talent development, performance management, and employee retention.

Oversee general office administration, including maintaining supplies and coordinating office activities

Qualification :​​​

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting employees and contributing to a great work culture.
Preferred Skills :

Previous internship or experience in an HR or administrative role, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HR best practices and an understanding of employment laws and regulations.
